I stopped by PF Changs tonight and picked up some Cashew Chicken, which ironically enough wasn’t nearly as good as what I get in Springfield, MO (the capital of Cashew Chicken) and yet I paid twice as much for it. Go figure…
I’m not one for fortune cookies but I got an interesting one tonight. It said…
“Be prepared to accept a wondrous opportunity in the days ahead!”
So I tell you that for 2 reasons:
- If you have a wondrous opportunity that you need to pass along to someone…anyone…apparently, you’re supposed to send it to me.
- If by chance I do get a wondrous opportunity in the next few days, I want to have it documented that it can all be traced back to the fortune cookie.
So now we’ll wait and see…
Still waiting…
Nothing yet…
I’m going to bed…

Hi Grant,
First of all I’m jealous you got to go to P F Changs, love it!! Next time try the lettuce wraps and the lo mein, YUM!!
As far as wondrous opportunities coming your way, maybe it will be your” wondrous opportunity” to change diapers again for your new baby, just a thought.
I love the question directly across from this blog-Who Is Grant? I’ve been trying to figure that one out for years now! Seriously, you’re a great man of God that I am very proud of and a great dad and husband. You’re pretty awesome!!!

I hadn’t thought about that “wondrous opportunity” being diaper changing…
That’s exciting and completely disappointing at the same time if that’s the “wondrous opportunity”!
