How To Stop Wasting Your Time…

Have you ever noticed how easy it is to get into the habit of working on tasks that may not really matter?  My guess is that most people feel like they get more done when they have accomplished 10 small, unimportant tasks compared to completing one huge, yet important job.

If you want 2009 to be a productive and fulfilling year for you, then you’ve got to figure out how to stop wasting your time.

Here are some simple self-evaluating questions to consider…

-    Are you working just to be working?
-    Are you doing the right things?
-    How could your time be best spent right NOW?
-    Are you accomplishing the unimportant to avoid the important?
-    If you could just get ONE thing done today, what would could should it be?

Use these questions to take a step back and look at your world from 30,000 feet.  What are the changes you need to be making?  Now is the time to do it.

Stop wasting your time and make the changes you know you need to make.
