Making 2009 Your Best Year Yet…

In case you weren’t paying attention, 2008 has come and gone. It’s a new year and a fresh start for all of us.

So how can you make 2009 your best year ever? Here’s a couple of simple ideas…

  • Start Over – Last year may have been one of the best years or one of the worst years of your life, but nonetheless, it’s in the past. Leave it there. It’s a new year.
  • Start Now – Don’t wake up in December and realize that the year is almost over and you’ve done nothing. Start now to determine how you’re going to make this the best year yet.
  • Start Small – Significant changes in your life won’t happen overnight. You want to lose 30 pounds this year? Great! But you have to lose 1 pound first. Start small.
