I’m just getting ready to leave Tulsa and head back home after finishing up here at the Oklahoma FBLA State Conference. The event went really well and there are really some outstanding people that made it happen.
I’m always impressed by how much the advisors truly care about their students. These are people that volunteer to give up their weekend, endure a several hour bus ride with crazy teenagers, stay up late to make sure they don’t break anything or kill each other, and work hours and hours with their students to make sure they are prepared for their events. And maybe the craziest part of it all…they’ll do it all again next year and they love every minute of it.

Hey Grant, you are right our advisors are great. I went to the confrence. I am a middle school student attending ASTEC Charter Middle School. You were awesome and funny. Our advisors( Ms.Bullen and Ms.Ricks) were cracking up. Ms.Ricks was even crying.Your words really touched our hearts, but were funny at the same time. I hope I get to see you or talk to you again.
