I’ve noticed something lately in hotels that I don’t fully understand. It doesn’t matter what city I’m in or what hotel chain I’m at, every room does this the same.
There are no glasses at the bathroom sink.
Every hotel puts them on the desk, a nightstand, or some other piece of furniture. The problem I have with where they put the glasses is this…
There is no sink there!
That’s like putting the alarm clock in the shower. Or the hair dryer (which I frequently use) under the bed. It doesn’t make sense.
Put your product where people need it.
